How to fix a startup failure

First, check the following.

  • Check if your anti-virus software might be interfering with the program’s launch.

  • Check if your graphics card supports 3D rendering (ShaderModel 2.0 or higher).

  • Check if you have the latest graphics drivers installed.

Next, because the necessary library files might not be properly installed, please download and install the XNA library by clicking on the “Download” button on the page at the following URL.

If Design Doll does not install properly, try installing the latest “DirectX End-User Runtime”.

If a color profile deemed invalid by your OS color management is selected, DD may not start.
Please use the following process to check your color profile settings.

  1. Hold down the “Windows” key, and press “R”.

  2. Type “colorcpl” and click OK.

  3. Select the “Advanced” tab.

  4. In the “Device Profile” options, select “System Default” or try other options, until you find an effective one.

If you try the above procedure, but the problem persists, please provide the following information via the “Contact” mail form.

  • OS information

  • Graphics board(GeForce GTX10??)

  • OS language(English OS)

  • Version of Design Doll Installed(Ver5.4.0.0)
