There is no need to re-install a new licensed version of the software.

Step 1.

First, in order to ensure that there weren’t any mixups between “0″ and “O”, copy the entire license key, including the “-” (hyphen).

Step 2.

Next, under the help menu, go to “license” and push the “paste” button.

Step 3.

Last, push the “apply” button and start the program.
If the authentication still fails after this process, please contact our Support Center.
