First, in order to ensure that there weren’t any mixups between “0″ and “O”, copy the entire license key, including the “-” (hyphen).
You can resend the license email on the My Account page.Next, under the help menu, go to “license” and push the “paste” button.
Last, push the “apply” button and start the program.
